Favorite places to get Oysters in Sydney
The roosevelt
The Roosevelt is located in Kings Cross. It is a small cocktail bar with an extensive cocktail and spirit menu.
Boatshed
Boatshed in La Perouse has an extensive seafood menu and a great view! Their oysters are huge and fresh. Nothing better than fresh oysters with an ocean breeze!
Barangaroo House is a 3 level restaurant. Smoke is located at the top floor and it is perfect for drinks and appetizers while watching the sunset with your partner or friends! They have some creative cocktails and great sharing plates. We had oysters here a few times.
The winery
At the Winery, you can order as much or as little oysters as you'd like. We opted for only 4 since we were having other appetizers and mains. These oysters were very tasty and fresh and they go great with their specialty cocktails or wine! They offer over 30 wines by the glass and have a prosecco fountain! If you choose to sit in the garden area, you can order straight from your phone!
Sugarcane
Last, but certainly not least- we have Sugarcane. I raved about them in my date night post! We truly loved this restaurant. The food is outstanding and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I always say that the hosts are the ones who set the tone for your experience and they definitely set a good one. We had a half dozen oysters with our meal and like all of the other restaurants- they were very fresh and delicious.
